We have a 30 day return policy for unused goods and change of mind situations 

If the goods are faulty we will pay for shipping 

If you change your mind you will be responsible to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Staunch Mode will endeavour to make any returns/exchanges as easy as possible.

If you're not happy with your purchase, please return the original item/s in original packaging for a refund. The product must be in original condition for a full refund.

All eligible item/s returned, will have the value of the items refunded back to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees if applicable).

Please note that customers are responsible for covering any fees associated with returning their product/s. We strongly recommend customers use a shipping service that comes with traceability, to ensure safe and secure delivery. Staunch Mode will not be liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

STEPS TO BEGIN A RETURN

2. We will respond within 24-48 hours and provide you with further instructions.

 

3. Once we have received your return, and if the items adhere to our returns policy, we will process your refund back to your original payment method, typically within 24-48 business hours and notify you via email.
